This research group was established in 2019, and builds on the legacy of the <em>Foothills Facility for Remote Sensing<\/em>, a co-directed lab that was created in 2005. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new group is directed by&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:gjhay@ucalgary.ca\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/geog.ucalgary.ca\/profiles\/geoffrey-hay\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Dr Geoff Hay<\/a>.
