We are\u00a0always seeking excellent students to study remote sensing and related environmental urban challenges, especially if they involve high-resolution thermal imaging, urban energy efficiency, multi-scale analysis, machine learning and GEOgraphic Object-Based Image Analysis (GEOBIA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your research interests coincide with those of our and if you are willing to dedicate yourself to graduate, or post-doctoral research in our team, please email<\/a> Dr. Geoff Hay with (i)<\/strong> an updated copy of your CV, (ii)<\/strong> a brief research plan indicating what you would like to do (including what kind of graduate<\/a> work, PhD, MSc or MGIS) and how your background may fit our research<\/a> program and projects. (iii)<\/strong> If English is not your native language, please provide\u00a0recent\u00a0TOFEL<\/a>\u00a0and\/or\u00a0IELTS<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0results, or advise when they will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend you look over the literature below before considering your graduate career. We would also recommend that you contact graduate students who are currently been supervised by the adviser \u2013 to hear first-hand what kind of experience they are exposed to. Remember to contact more than one student, so you can get a more complete perspective and understanding of the environment you may work in, and then make an appointment to visit (if possible) your potential adviser in person. Remember, advisor\u2019s and students choose each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
