{"id":1316,"date":"2024-04-04T11:05:44","date_gmt":"2024-04-04T17:05:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wpsites.ucalgary.ca\/iaml\/?p=1316"},"modified":"2024-04-04T11:05:52","modified_gmt":"2024-04-04T17:05:52","slug":"important-dates-in-april-and-may","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wpsites.ucalgary.ca\/iaml\/2024\/04\/04\/important-dates-in-april-and-may\/","title":{"rendered":"Important Dates in April and May"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we come to the end of the Winter Term and begin the Spring\/Summer Term, you will want to pay attention to these important dates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week of <strong>April 22<\/strong>: All <strong>student files<\/strong> will be <strong>deleted<\/strong> from Lab computers and server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>April 26<\/strong>: <strong>Card access deleted<\/strong> for students granted access due to a Winter class (i.e., non-majors).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>April 29 \u2013 May 14<\/strong>: <strong>No services<\/strong>. Computers available by card access only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>May 6<\/strong>: Spring classes begin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>May 15<\/strong>: Spring\/Summer service schedule begins: in-person services Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays or by appointment; support via email Tuesdays and Fridays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lab staff will take additional vacation time in June, July, and August. These dates will be announced in late May.
