The title of his talk is &#8220;The spatial extent of Aboriginal title in Canada: parcels &amp; boundaries&#8221;. Aboriginal title is being asserted\/recognized to many parcels across Canada, parcels that were never ceded by Indigenous peoples to the Crown. Parcels include Crown land, watercourses and freehold land.
