Dear Applicants,
The practice of medicine involves professionalism and respect. We explicitly ask applicants not to contact the office regarding the status of their transcripts. Please read sections 4.4 and 4.5 in the Applicant manual.
Sending emails or contacting the office plugs up the inbox and distracts from the tasks that the office needs to focus their attention on. If you follow the recommendations and timelines outlined in the Applicant Manual there is nothing to worry about. In addition, if you have a record of your transcript being requested by the recommended timelines and by chance something went astray we will not close your file.
Contacting the office despite the clear instructions not to do so will be looked upon as a lack of professionalism and a lack of respect for the work the office does. This will result in your application being flagged under our Areas of Concern Policy.
