Re: The Home Stretch-Congratulations PLEASE READ

Dear Applicants,

We are in the last few hours of the deadline to submit your application. We recognize the considerable effort that goes in to completing the application not only at one institution but also at multiple institutions.

We have approximately 3200 open applications.

Congratulations to everyone who has successfully submitted their application; as of 1230 pm MST October 1 we have received over 1500 completed applications.

A few notes:

1.Your MCAT results should be available at AAMC, please do not forget to release them to OUR institution.

2. All your documents must be received by the 4 pm MST deadline this includes transcripts, referee letters, proof of Indigenous knowledge requirement, proof of Indigenous ancestry, Graduate supervisor form.

3. As we only have three and a half hours remaining before the UCAN site closes, I would urge you not to wait to the last minute to submit.

The site has been open for three months and the internal and external servers only have so much capacity. If you are waiting for the last half hour especially for submitting payment you will be put in the queue. I would be saddened if any of you have put in all this effort and miss the deadline due to submitting at the last minute.

We do not extend the deadline even for technical issues.
