Please know that I completely share your frustration. We worked diligently with IT to minimize the risk of this happening again. Once again, it appears to be part of a bigger It problem within the university and the timing is unfortunate. We had IT in the office looking at traffic live and how the system was performing.
We have made the decision to do the scheduling within the office and you will be assigned a date and time to come for your interview.
The office assures me that they will notify you of the date and time by closing today at 5 pm MST.
