Dear applicants,
Again, here with apologies.
We love technology and at the same time we are a slave to it. Prior to opening the interview scheduler we insured that it was on a separate server to accommodate traffic and we tested it this morning and everything was working.
Unfortunately, UCIT is having a broader issue that is affecting many systems at the university beyond our scheduler.
We have decided:
1)To close the scheduler with a plan to re-open tomorrow at 10 am
2)You should receive an email from the office of MD admissions to your personal email that we have on file notifying you of this announcement
3) if you happened to have scheduled an interview before the issues arose we will be resetting everyone’s status so you will need to come back and reschedule. We are doing this to be fair to all applicants
3)PLEASE check your email frequently for any updates on the interview scheduling.
We have raised this with our internal IT department but there are many systems that they are trying to bring back on line.
