We know today carries the weight of months—if not years—of hard work, hopes, and dreams. The anticipation is real, and we see it (yes, even down to the minute-by-minute and second by second updates flying across every platform imaginable!).
We’re writing to offer a few details—and a little reassurance—as we move through this big day together:
Yes, it’s happening today. The automated release of letters is still on track to begin later this afternoon (Mountain Time).
It won’t all happen at once. The system sends out notifications in batches—offers and waitlists—based on in-province and out-of-province status. So if you hear that someone has received something, don’t panic if yours isn’t there just yet. It can take a few hours for all the messages to make their way to everyone once the first offer or waitlist message goes out.
Help us help you. We kindly ask that you avoid refreshing UCAN on multiple devices or tabs. We get the impulse (really, we do), but this can slow the system and make the process less efficient for everyone.
