Thank you for your patience to submit your MD application with the University of Calgary.We have done our best to try to resolve the issues. We hope that the system will accept your submissions
At this time, if you are ready to submit your application through UCAN, please proceed, but NOTE the following:
1) Once you submit and pay for your application, check with your credit card company that your payment was processed (or pending) AND check your App Status on UCAN that your application now indicates App Submitted or App Complete.
2) If your credit card has been processed, BUT your status on UCAN is blank, send one email to mdadmissionsdirector@ucalgary.ca with the subject “fee processed, app status unchanged”
3) Do not attempt to submit your application again. Enter your credit card details only once.
Rest assured we will address the emails with the aforementioned subject line as quickly as possible Once agian we appreciate your patience and understand your frustration because we are shraing it with you.
Please note this will not impact the submission of your application as all payment transactions are timestamped.
A kindly reminder that the Application Cycle closes on Thursday, October 1, 2020 – 4:00pm MST.
