Case study: Onion routing, the deep and dark web and the TOR browser

The internet is an incredibly vast place, but what most of us see mainly is our social media feeds, search engines, and websites is just the surface. Beneath that lies a hidden world; the deep web and the dark web. Through this teaching aid, we want to shed light on how these networks operate and help demystify their role in today’s digital landscape.

Our goal is to provide a clear understanding of how these hidden layers work and why they matter. By learning about the technology behind them like onion routing and the protocols they rely on, we can better grasp their complexities.
