Description
The use of Internet of Things (IoT) devices in modern lifestyles introduces more security concerns that intersect with the need for modern cryptography. This research discusses how lightweight cryptography for IoT plays a significant role in securing these devices considering their limited processing power. It also sheds light on the lightweight cryptographic algorithms and their applications in IoT security. For a deeper focus, the research dives into a specific view of how lightweight cryptography is used for IoT cameras protecting data exchange and the challenges around encrypting the data using other cryptographic algorithms.
