Dear applicants,
Congratulations to all of you who have successfully submitted your application. The applications are streaming in now For those of you who have paid but your application status has not changed, no need to worry, we will have the vendor make the changes in your status.
I begin the blog for the cycle urging applicants to get organized and work on their application. That was three months ago.
With so many applicants on the platform on the last minute, we expect that the website will slow down, get clunky, and may even shutter and go down. I will remind all applicants of three important statements in the Applicant Manual:
1. Because of the selective nature of the admissions procedures, deadlines are strictly enforced. All relevant documentation must be provided by the specified deadlines. Applicants must read the manual carefully and follow the instructions precisely.
2. Technical problems with UCAN will not be considered grounds for extending the application deadline.
3. Applicants should refrain from contacting the Admissions Office asking for confirmation that
their transcripts have arrived. Note: if you make a change to your transcripts page after receipt of the transcript has been confirmed, the system defaults to not received.
I truly want to see all of you be successful in completing and submitting your application, so please do not wait for the last minute, the last hour, or even the last day.
