Thank you for your patience. It’s nearing the top of the hour.

We have heard back from our UCAN vendor. It appears the problem is at the scheduler interface level in the program. They are trying to rectify this.

However, per the last post, to be respectful of your time and to allow for the fix, we will be shutting the system down.

This will not happen today but we will aim for tomorrow.
