If you are printing to our photographic-grade printers, you may notice that we have created custom profiles for the media types we stock when printed on specific printers. If you wish to use these profiles on your own computer (e.g., to ensure that you are staying within the gamut of the printer when editing your photo or illustration), you can install the ICC profiles from the downloads on this page.
macOS
Below are the download links for the ICC profiles for each printer, in an installer .pkg format. These installers are zipped, so if your web browser does not automatically expand them from .zip to .pkg, double-click on the .zip file to expand it.
To install these packages, Right-Click (or Control-Click) on the package and select Open from the contextual menu. If it doesn’t open the installer directly, it will ask if you want to open an installer from an unverified developer. Click on Open to confirm that you want to install this. Proceed through the installation instructions. Once the installation is complete, the profiles will become available to all applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
Windows OS
Below are the download links for the ICC profiles for each printer, compressed into a Zip archive. If your web browser does not automatically expand them from .zip to .pkg, double-click on the .zip file to expand it.
To install an ICC Profile in your system, Right-click on the .icc file and select Install Profile from the contextual menu. This will copy the profile to \windows\system32\spool\drivers\color. (Alternately, you can copy the profiles there directly.) This will make the profiles available to all applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
